Luyang Microporous Insulating Board is made of high-quality pyrogen silica and selective grade opacifier mixed with filaments, and pressed in a very specific pressure range to obtain a very narrow range of the best possible porosity and a unique density range, so as to provide the loss of products through conduction, convection, radiation and gas conduction with as low heat as possible. At high temperature, the thermal conductivity of Luyang Microporous Insulating Board is lower than that of static air.
Luyang Microporous silica insulation board is mainly made of inorganic silica. Silicate and opacifier were added to improve the properties of the material. Luyang Microporous Insulation Materials are very effective insulation products. The thermal conductivity of these plates is actually lower than that of still air. This performance is based on the ability of Luyang Microporous Insulation Materials to resist three heat transfer modes, namely conduction, convection and radiation.
Luyang Microporous Insulation Materials have the form as Boards, Blanket , Slated, Pipe Sections, Quilt, Overstitched.
Advantages:
•High insulation and low thermal conductivity
•Very thin insulation to save space
•The insulation thickness is reduced by 4 times
•Reduce heat loss and shell temperature
•Reduce energy costs and increase productivity
•Non-combustible A1 classification
•Environmentally friendly, organic binder free
Applications:
•Furnace back-up insulation
•Pipeline insulation
•Steel and aluminum industries
•Glass, cement and ceramics
•Petrochemical Industry
•Fuel cell and thermal cell insulation
•Solar thermal power plant
•Oil and gas plants
