Luyang Basalt Rock Wool Core MateriaLuyang basalt rock wool core material is used for recombination shipping blockboard, floating floor, bathroom, and fireproof door.
Luyang basalt rock wool core material owns good compression resistance, strength of extension, and shearing strength. It's with low shot content and high thermal insulation properties. Luyang blockboard rock wool Material can be provided by both pre-cutting and monobloc in general specification.
Thermal insulation: With low shot content, long and thin porous fiber structure, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal
insulation effect.
Fireproofing: High quality raw materials, high temperature process, ensure the fireproof performance of products; will not produce fuel dripping, no toxic fumes produced.
Noise Reduction: A large number of internal rock wool fiber forming porous structure is communicated, high porosity, so that the rock wool products with high sound absorption characteristics.
Hydrophobic & Breathable: The hydrophobic technology of the product ensures that the rock wool is not damp absorbed and used for a long time on the ship, and the porous interconnection structure makes the product have good air permeability and moisture removal performance.
