Product Description

 

LuYbloc® modules are uncompressed monolithic blocks of high-temperature insulation fibers. All ceramic fibers are produced using special lubricants, which can be intensely needled to achieve a density of 240 kg/m3. The lubricant also adds flexibility, allowing multi-directional compression during installation. During use, this lubricant will burn off and harden the fiber mass.

 

The LuYbloc® module is designed with an internal anchoring hardware system, which can be quickly and safely connected to the furnace casings. LuYbloc® modules can be easily cut into certain shapes as required.

 

LuYbloc® modules provide easy-to-use and efficient thermal linings for all types of high-temperature processing equipment, such as:

Homogenising furnaces
